Contact PicMender
PicMender is a small independent project. Send a message to the address below for a tool problem, a correction to a guide or a business enquiry.
For a technical problem, tell us the tool, your browser and device, the image format and dimensions, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the interface can help. Do not send private photographs, identity documents or passwords.
Selecting an image in the editor does not send it to this mailbox. Editing takes place in your browser. Normal hosting requests and the separately described visit analytics still apply. Emailing an attachment is a separate action: avoid sending anything sensitive.
We cannot promise a response time or recover an image that existed only on your device. Keep the original file. If you report an issue, a small non-sensitive sample is preferable to a personal photo.
